New partnership to build two branded resorts in Thailand this year

Global developer and vacation specialist Absolute Developments has signed a collaboration agreement with international design and branding company Yoo, to build yooPhuket, in Thailand - the first of two planned projects by the partnership.




yooPhuket is a 256-unit high-end mixed-use development, with freehold ownership offered to foreign buyers and prices ranging from €90,000 for a 55 sqm one-bedroom apartment, through to a quarter fractional ownership of a 33 sqm furnished studio unit starting at €28,500.
